  • When will my order ship?
    Current Turnaround: 3-5 Business Days
  • How do I view or redeem my rewards?
    PK Points rewards can be viewed and redeemed by clicking the rewards icon in the lower left hand corner of the site. You must be logged into your website account to redeem the rewards for coupons.
  • Can you use a coupon on my custom order?
    Unfortunately custom items are excluded from shop coupons & sales.
  • Can I add to my order?
    Unfortunately we do not have the ability to add to existing orders once placed.
  • Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
    We try to make accomodations whenever possible to make changes or cancel orders but we also process orders very quickly in order to keep our shipping time low. Once orders are processed and with our fulfillment team, changes or cancellations are no longer accepted. This typically occurs the day after an order is placed.
  • Does PK accept custom orders?
    Unfortuatnely we are a ready to ship shop and do not accept custom requests outside of what is already offered in the shop currently. We offer color change add ons and various custom scripts.   • Can I combine a coupon & rewards points on one transaction?
    Our website only allows for one code per transaction.
  • Can I combine two separate orders for shipping?
    Due to our order volume and timing of ordering processing, we do not allow for the combination of separate orders.
  • Do you offer Local Pickup?
    We do offer local pick at our warehouse. If you would like to do this, please put "local pickup" in the notes of your order. We will refund for the shipping charge and you we be contacted by email when the order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up on weekdays between 8am-4pm est.
  • Is there a limit to how many items can be purchased in one transaction?
    Yes, our current bandwidth limit is 300 items. If you have more that 300 items please split your order into multiple transactions. You will not be able to complete the payment process if you have over 300 items in a single transaction.
  • There was a mistake or something was missing from my order, what can be done?"
    If there are any issues with an order, we must be contacted within 30 days of shipment in order to honor any mistakes or concerns. Unfortunately once the 30 day window passes we will no longer honor any replacement requests.
  • Can I still get items that have been discontinued or retired from the shop?
    We are always open to doing reprints of retired sheets. Just send us a quick message to get a custom link set up. Reprints are available for any full sheets in the shop that were retired. Add on sized sheets from retired kits and mini kits are not available.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    PlannerKate accepts all major credit cards as well as Paypal and Afterpay. *Apple Pay only available when using Safari browser
  • What is the policy regarding returns and exchanges?
    PlannerKate does not accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us at info@plannerkate.com for any issues regarding orders.
  • Return & Exchange Details:
    PlannerKate does not accept order cancellations. If something needs changed on your order once placed, please contact us at info@plannerkate.com Ability to make changes is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case by case basis. PlannerKate does not accept order combination requests. Please ensure your order is complete before submitting. We are not able to combine and refund shipping on multiple orders. Due to the nature of the items sold there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable.
  • Shipping Details:
    All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of payment (1-2 weeks during sales). No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out.
  • US Shipping & Handling
    Please double check your SHIPPING ADDRESS when checking out. PlannerKate is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. PlannerKate is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored, but is returned to us instead. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
  • International Shipping & Handling
    All International orders are shipped as flat rate packages with tracking & customs form completion. Canada $12.95 Stickers / $24.95 Box Items Everywhere Else $19.95 Stickers / $49.95 Box Items CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
  • COVID-19 Shipping Details:
    We are seeing a lot of delays in the USPS shipping time due to COVID19. If you have not received a delivery within the US and its been longer than 4 weeks, please contact us. Most are arriving within 2-3 weeks. We will be happy to issue a refund after 30 days. International orders delayed even longer. We've seen orders take 2-3 month to arrive. Unfortunately at this time we are not offering refund for international orders that are delayed.
  • Additional Policies:
    Please do not leave custom changes of any sort in the order details. PlannerKate is a ready to ship shop and we do not do customizations outside of those offered on our website. No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out. Each item is handmade and since colors are often hard to match by a computer monitor, your colors may vary slightly from what you see in the screen.
